The warranty provided with this device is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes hardware faults only and does not include accidental damage such as water damage, impact, loss or theft.
The battery warranty is only valid for 3 months from date of purchase. All devices are fully tested and inspected to ensure battery capacity is good prior to dispatch. We do offer battery replacement after the warranty period has ended for an additional cost. Contact for information.
List of faults NOT covered by the warranty
Battery faults outside the 3 month battery warranty period
Accidental or intentional damage such as from impact or water damage
Loss or theft
General wear & tear
Devices lost after returning to us without tracking information
Phones returned that with a handset lock (Pin / Pattern etc)
Phones returned with an Account Lock (iCloud, Samsung, Android etc)
Devices that have been repaired by yourself or a third party since purchase
Devices that have been reported lost or stolen
Locked Devices
Should you return a device with either an account lock (iCloud, Samsung, Android etc) or phone lock (pattern, pin, fingerprint, password etc) we will attempt to contact you to remove the lock, however if you are unable to do so the warranty will be void. Postage fees are payable to return your device.
Device Condition
Where a device is returned to us in a lower cosmetic condition than sold we will provide a like for like replacement of a device in a similar condition. If we are unable to provide a device in a similar condition we may opt to reimburse you at the current market value based on the average sale price of the same refurbished device in a similar condition.
Data & Backup
Please note all devices will be wiped during the inspection and testing phase so we advise you to remove memory cards and backup all data if possible before returning your device to us. We are not liable for any loss of data.
